This home is located in Woodinville near Cottage Lake. The pick-up will be on Sunday & Monday a day after auction ends. Please do not bid on this auction unless you can pay right away at auction end or first thing Sunday morning. This auction is very large and we would appreciate your cooperation with this. If you are unable to pick up on Sunday or Monday please make arrangements for someone else to pick up for you if you win an item in this auction. Everything needs to be cleared from the house no later than Monday. To keep everyone safe during this time the pick up will be staggered by alphabet based on your Username.
