Antique English Barley Twist Oak Trolley Tea Cart.

This unusual piece was actually brought over from jolly olde England, many years ago. Everything is original, including the wheels. I was told that it was Tiger Oak.

31" high, 26"long and 16 2/3" wide.

The doily is just being added in, because it fits nicely.
