Queen Elizabeth II Royal Cypher Leather Briefcase 1960's.  This is from one of her Majesty's Ministry, who worked directly for the Queen.  The markings are her monogram E II R.  No Provenance found on bag and we can not authenticate with any documentation.  Owner of this bag has provided the information in this listing.  The bag  appears to be authentic.
