All guns are legally transferred through a local FFL dealer. You must pass the DOJ background check. You pay the transfer fee, $35.00, paid directly to the dealer. 

Go to Don’s Jewelry & Coin to fill out your paperwork and background check. You need two forms of ID to prove residency and a firearms safety certificate or hunting license. Firearms will be stored for the 10 day waiting period.
