By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the item with the seller. If you are the winning bidder at the end of an auction, you are obligated to complete the transaction. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances.
You agree to pay your invoice online by 9:00 am on Pickup day of auction. Items will be considered abandoned if you do not pay by 9am. Failure to pay on time will cause action against you. There will be a 30% restocking fee for items not paid for.
You agree to a 15% Buyer's Premium added on all lots sold.
You agree to WA Tax Applied unless you have a resellers permit on file.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on your registration form. You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data. You must be 18 years or older to use this website.
Please bring help for heavy items and any packing materials or boxes for transport as well as any tools for disassembly. Items not picked up by end of stated pickup days and times will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Please bring your own help to load. If you have glass items you may want to bring some packing material in case I have not been able to wrap up your items for you already. If you message me with when you plan to arrive then I can hopefully have all your items ready for you.
ALL SALES FINAL: All bidding and purchases are at the bidders/buyer’s discretion. All the items are sold "as is" “where is”. There are no warranties expressed or implied. There is no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity, nor shall any description of condition, size, quality, importance or provenance be validated as a guarantee. We provide a preview day for you to examine the item you are bidding on. It is up to the bidder to take advantage of that opportunity.
Items not paid for within 48 hours of sale are considered abandoned. We are not a storage facility, so, if you have not made prior arrangements with us for picking up your winning lots by the end of the pickup period, the remaining unpicked-up lots will be considered forfeited whether paid for or not.
