Please bring your own help to load.  If you have glass items you may want to bring some packing material in case I have not been able to wrap up your items for you already.  If you message me with when you plan to arrive then I can hopefully have all your items ready for you.

There is no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity, nor shall any description of condition, size, quality, importance or provenance be validated as a guarantee.  We provide a preview day for you to examine the item you are bidding on.  It is up to the bidder to take advantage of that opportunity.

Items not paid for within 48 hours of sale are considered abandoned.  We are not a storage facility, so, if you have not made prior arrangements with us for picking up your winning lots by the end of the pickup period, the remaining unpicked-up lots will be considered forfeited whether paid for or not.
