Very old, leather covered Holy Bible copyright 1957. “The Family Rosary Commemorative Edition of the Catholic Bible issued in remembrance of The Marian Year” is printed on the introduction page. Colorful illustrations throughout, gold edged pages, a leather cover with gilded decorations and a full color round illustration of Mary, Baby Jesus and a cherubic angel. Leather cover has hardened with age and is bent in at corners and is missing a small area at the spine - see photos. Cover is in poor condition, but the inside pages are pristine with no writing or personalizing of any dedication pages. Colors are vibrant and in beautiful condition throughout.
