- Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. Winners must Pay & pick up your items on pickup day. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked. Payment is due by Friday Midnight.
- Each lot closes in 30-second increments. This is a Hard close, No extended bidding.
- Winners will receive an email or text with a link to your invoice. Please wait until the auction is complete before entering your debit/credit from the invoice.
- Winners are responsible for labor to haul items. We are limited on Boxes and Packing materials so please bring your own.
- Pick-up address/information will be on your invoice.
- 15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
- WA State Sales tax applied unless you have a resellers permit on file.
